A Hidden Gem Worth Every Sip and Bite We stumbled into Time Out Coffee on a rainy afternoon and ended up staying for hours, cozied up in one of the most authentic and welcoming coffee shops I’ve ever visited. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it quickly became clear that this isn’t your average café—it’s a labor of love. The owner (I believe his name is George) was incredibly attentive and clearly pours his heart into every detail of the shop. He hand-picks every product, and his wife bakes everything fresh—a fact you can taste in every bite. We tried a lot over the course of our visit, and truly, everything melted in my mouth. As someone who lives in Philly and has explored countless local coffee shops, I can honestly say this place in NJ has become one of my all-time favorites. Beyond the delicious coffee and baked goods, George generously shared stories and insights about Greek specialties, making the experience not only satisfying but genuinely enriching. Highly recommend—whether you're looking for a quiet spot to work, a place to learn something new, or just an incredible pastry and cup of coffee.

We were visiting family in the area and wanted to find a speciality coffee shop - not a chain, but one that serves good quality coffee and espresso. Google suggested this place and I’m so glad we stopped in. I got a brewed Ethiopian coffee and my wife got a decal latte with oat milk that also used an Ethiopian coffee. Not only is it a great place for real coffee but wow the Greek pastries are amazing. I don’t know the owners’ full backstory but they’re a Greek couple and he played basketball - evidenced by the logo and his tall stature. They are one of the nicest couples you’ll meet and have a genuine passion for bringing good food and coffee to this corner of the world. Definitely worth stopping by or if you live in the area making it a regular habit!

I was at pep boys across the street dropping my car off and they recommended me to check this place out and boy was I happy they did. It’s a relatively new Greek coffee shop opened April 1st with a very welcoming atmosphere and a wide variety of Greek pastries. The staff is very enthusiastic and make you feel at home. I tried a phyllo pie that had cheese and turkey with a black coffee and some little cakes made with honey. The pastry was fresh and reminded me of a similar dish from my home country (Portugal). The coffee was an Ethiopian blend very bold and flavorful. The cakes are called melomakarona they are incredible! I really recommend stopping by to experience the wonderful cuisine.

It's like walking into a warm hug! I haven't decided on my favourite coffee drink yet because there are just so many delicious options! However, you should definitely try the Greek Frappe. And let's not forget the food! Time Out Coffee offers more than just your average coffee shop pastries. Their menu has something for everyone, from fresh sandwiches to delicious desserts. I recently tried their Baklava, and it was absolutely incredible! The staff at Time Out Coffee is what really sets the place apart. They are friendly, attentive, always happy to chat or answer questions about their menu and make you feel right at home. It's clear they take pride in their shop and creating a welcoming atmosphere for their customers. The best coffee shop in town, finally!!! I stopped by this morning on my route 35 drive to work. I was blown away by the coffee and the amazing home made Greek pastry (ham and cheese). The owner who happens to be a Greek basketball legend and local coach in our community. Please support this amazing local business. I will certainly be there

This place is amazing. It has phenomenal authentic Mediterranean pastries and desserts. They have things like spanakopita and semolina cake and everything is made perfectly and the prices are perfect and the owner is really nice and generous. You should definitely be going here and trying this place out. Their coffee is amazing too. It definitely is better than Starbucks, rook and Dunkin donuts
